This is fun! Its a very different idea for the use of packing tape. I like it.
What was the armature or formwork they used to form these guys around?
They used an actual doll for the babies. They covered them in cling wrap and then taped over, then cut the tape with an exacto, slipped the tape baby off and taped it back together with another piece of tape.
